TEHRAN – The Foreign Ministry has summoned Dushanbe’s ambassador to Tehran to protest claims of linking a deadly terror attack in the Central Asian country to Iran, spokesman Bahram Qassemi said on Wednesday.

The Tajik ambassador has been told that false allegations would encourage Takfiri terrorists to intensify their violent actions, Qassemi said.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the terror attack in Tajikistan in which four Western tourists were killed.
